Hi,  thanks for visiting our site, this is Brooke and Patrick and we make up Aquamarine Jewelry Studio.

  In 1997 I started this business and  was just getting my feet wet in the weekend art fair scene and making a little spending money on the side, as this was just my part time job.  Then I worked full time as a goldsmith for my mothers  wedding jewelry business "Studio 311," which has  helped me alot in the bench work I do today.

Now Aquamarine is mine and my husband Patricks only job and focus.  We make our jewelry out of our Marin County studio.

I learned my jewelry making skills from working as a goldsmith, taking jewelry classes at College Of Marin, books, seminars & workshops & just "playing" around with the materials, basically trial and error.

I taught Patrick how to do wire-wrapping and stringing, the basics.  He caught on really fast and now makes more of the jewelry than I do.

The cute cat in the picture is Chloe, our office manager.
